Staging Boy’s Room for sale

Before

This room was filled with childhood clutter. We purged what this college student no longer needed and staged the room for sale representing it as a younger boy’s room.

 

After

There was no walking room in this room. The floor was completely cluttered. I removed the desk, purged the clutter and reorganized what was staying. The result was a beautiful, spacious room that showed the interior décor and a great view from the second floor.

The bathroom was also decluttered and staged with new towels. Minor repairs were made to show the room at it’s best.

The closet was purged and staged minimally to show the many possible storage uses of the space.

Nothing was purchased to do this room. The train art was repurposed from another room. Objects on the dresser were uncovered in the clutter. A “to do” list of small repairs was made for the owners to do before showing the home.
